eBooks are something we've wanted to do for quite a long time. The ability to provide our Adage Books titles in a portable, yet secure format — a format that provides for both on-line viewing and printing, yet still helps us maintain our original Copyright — is a goal we've persued for quite some time.

So we thought it best to just let you know what we're providing, and how we intend our eBook offerings to be used.

As you likely suspect, when you purchase an eBook, you are purchasing a single Electronic title (just as you would a single Print title.) The eBook is provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (at least Version 6.0 of the Acrobat Reader is required.)

You may view this eBook document as you desire, and transport it/care for it as you would any of your valuable data. You may also print the eBook, for your own use, no more than four times in a One Year period. It is certainly expected that this eBook, including any of its designated Tutorial design files, will not be used as handout materials in a classroom or other setting without the express permission of Adage Books.

We expect that you will not make copies of the eBook, nor provide copies of it to any co-workers or associates. You may also not in turn re-sell this eBook.

The Bottom-Line is that we trust you to treat this electronic format with the same Common Sense you would one of our Print titles. Doing so allows us to in turn, keep developing more new and interesting titles for you.

Thanks for your support of our eBook program. We expect it to grow quite quickly. It offers a lot of promise from both sides of our Publisher/Reader fence.
